Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- We do not offer refunds on shipping costs

Please note:
- Items purchased during promotions, archive sales, or with discount codes are not eligible for return unless faulty
- Returns sent without prior approval may be refused

Faulty Items
